As a mother to three little girls, it is more important than ever to learn who I am; for myself and my little ones.
Born in Lumberton, North Carolina, and raised in Georgia. I’ve always been a Southern girl at heart.
With roots that celebrate my vibrant Mexican-American and Lumbee heritage (Lumbee tribe of North Carolina), the values of family, tradition and storytelling have inspired everything I create.
Whenever I’m not chasing my little ones or filling the pages of my journal, you can usually find me thrifting or enjoying the rare quiet moments in our home.
A Cup of Dainty is my way of sharing this love for intentional living and reflection with others.

Join me, in slowing down, pouring ourselves a cup of herbal tea or coffee, journal, thrift, explore hobbies, and fix our cortisol levels together.
