Doing things with intention.
About Heather Hunt-Benitez
I’m Heather — mama to three little girls, journal keeper and the heart behind A Cup Of Dainty.
Born in North Carolina and raised in Georgia, I carry both my Southern roots and my Mexican-American and Lumbee heritage into everything I create. Family, faith and storytelling shape me, while Christ’s grace continues to guide me in this season of becoming.
When I’m not with my girls, you’ll often with a thrifted find in handle, a journal open on my lap, or a pot of something simmering on the stove. I’ve always believed the beauty of life lives in its smallest details —a handwritten note, of the quiet joy of making a home feel tender and lived in.
A Cup of Dainty is my love letter to my daughters, to Christ, and to a slower way of living. It’s an invitation to linger, slow down, and to remember that the daintiest things often carry the deepest beauty.
With gratitude.
The Brand
A Cup of Dainty is my love letter — to my girls, myself, and to Christ, who guides this journey of becoming. Rooted in the dainty, feminine beauty of everyday life, it’s an invitation to slow down in a world that glorifies the hustle.
Here, we trade the grind for grace: pouring tea, journaling, thrifting, cooking heart-comforting foods, and finding joy in the quiet details of home and faith.
More than a brand, A Cup of Dainty is a soft archive of stories, wellness, and inspiration — a place where motherhood, healing, and creativity interwine with the gentle work of Christ within me.
Soon, this space will grow to include a podcast, sharing conversations on faith, softness, and becoming, as well as a shop — filled with thoughtfully made pieces inspired by slow, intentional living.
A Cup of Dainty is a reminder that life’s beauty often lives in what feels small, ordinary, and sacred.
